 12 octobre 2023 : Non à la maternité de substitution ! MESSAGE de l'association CIAMS (dont la LDIF est membre):
L'action que nous lançons contre les travaux de la Conférence de La Haye qui visent à promouvoir le recours à la GPA mondialement est très importante.
Nous sommes très inquiètes. Une fois que le mot "maternité de substitution -GPA" sera inclus dans un instrument international, la maternité de substitution sera légitimée dans le monde entier et nous ne pourrons jamais revenir en arrière. Nous luttons contre les travaux de la Conférence de La Haye depuis 5 ans, mais sans aucun résultat jusqu'à présent, si ce n'est la sensibilisation d'un plus grand nombre de féministes à cette question, aussi redoublons nous d'efforts avec ces deux nouvelles actions.

Dear Friends and ICASM members
The action we are taking against the work of the Hague Conference to promote surrogacy worldwide is very important. We are very concerned. Once the word 'surrogacy' is included in an international instrument, surrogacy will be legitimised throughout the world and we will never be able to turn back the clock. We've been fighting against the work of the Hague Conference for 5 years, but so far without any results, apart from raising awareness of the issue among a greater number of feminists, so we're redoubling our efforts with these two new actions.
